  • The people who have made the biggest impact on Kristine have been those who are not simply good at their job and have great technical skills, but those who had time and knowledge to give to others, who are kind and humble and get along with everyone.   • Matt defines successful people as happy people and, in his experience, the two often go hand in hand. The most impressive people Matt has come across in his career are individuals who are great at dealing with unfamiliar problems and in particular, have excellent critical thinking skills. They are able to wield their judgement skilfully and recognise when to best to challenge others, when to solicit others’ opinions and when to go forward with a decision. They are able to convince others in their thinking process and to persuade them that their course of action is the correct one.   • Kristi thinks that a key quality for someone to have to be very successful in her field is the ability to add structure to the madness that sometimes results from many creative individuals working together. Managing to keep sight of the purpose and the business case in the midst of many different ideas coming through many different channels is crucial. Some say the best creativity comes from really tight parameters, for example, if you were asked to invent a new way of speaking to somebody only using things currently found in your house, that might result in a very unexpected, creative outcome.
